SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Preparation, shipping and tracking begin after receipt of the order confirmation. The phases of this package preparation process take about 24 hours except for holiday periods.
  • Orders shipped to Italy are delivered within 2/3 working days (GLS / UPS couriers) at a cost of € 7.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 200
  • Orders shipped to European Union countries require approximately 4/5 working days at a cost of € 15.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 250
  • Orders shipped throughout the rest of the world are delivered in about 8/12 working days (excluding possible customs delays) at a cost of € 50.00. Shipping is free for orders over € 750
 
  • If you want to take advantage of a product’s return right, you can do it within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in perfect condition.
  • Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.
  • Returned products must have all the original labels and must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
