Ho acquistato questo paio di pantaloni inizialmente nella taglia 50 che utilizzavo con il modello precedente, una volta indossati risultavano circa 4cm più larghi in vita.
Ho mandato una mail per chiedere informazioni per un eventuale cambio taglia e in meno di un’ora ho ricevuto una chiamata sul cellulare da parte di un addetto (molto competente) che si è prodigato per inviarmi una 48 con addirittura una cintura supplementare. Arrivata in un paio di giorni, il corriere ha preso in contemporanea il reso, tutto senza problemi e velocissimamente.
Che servizio ragazzi! Neanche Amazon ci arriva stavolta.
